Defining recruitment requirements
We'll start by listening to you.
During our initial discussions and meetings, we will carry out in-depth analysis of the organization's current and future recruitment requirements, in order to characterize in an organized manner the most suitable recruitment plan for you:
The required professions, positions to be filled immediately, positions to filled in the medium and long term, candidate profiles, salaries, work conditions, and more.



Building a recruitment plan
After mapping, analyzing and understanding the requirements, we will plan the outline for obtaining optimal results.
While drafting the recruitment plan, we will define the recruitment channels in which we will search for candidates, the timetables for completing the recruitment processes, and the final goal we would like to achieve.
During this stage, we will examine the organization's short-term recruitment program (positions to be filled immediately), and consider its strategy for building its future human resources and manpower development.

Finding candidates
After preparing the recruitment plan, we will implement it immediately.
At this stage, we will look for candidates to fill the immediate, medium, and long term positions. In order to carry out this stage in the best possible way, we will approach all the relevant elements with which we are routinely in contact, in order to find the finest candidates in the Israeli and international high-tech markets.
At the end of this stage, we will give you a detailed report presenting the potential candidates for manning the required positions.



Screening candidates
After we have found the potential candidates, we will screen those suitable for the employment profile defined during the recruitment requirement characterization stage.
We will screen the candidates using several tools such as initial CV screening, telephone interviews, in-depth interviews in person, and background and history checks with previous employers.
After screening the candidates, we will provide a short-list of those who will then undergo assessments and advanced professional interviews with the potential employer.

Assessing candidates
After identifying the best of the candidates, and carrying out a series of initial compatibility tests for our client's requirements, we will carry out in-depth professional evaluation of the candidates.
This professional stage includes a series of tests and assessments provided by HR Horizon's professionals and by employee assessment companies in Israel and worldwide.
We will also accompany the final professional interviews of the candidates by the employing company.
After this advanced stage, we will be able to pinpoint the candidates that we want to join the company, subject to negotiations and in accordance with the predefined timetables and salary budget.



Negotiation and employment contract
After selecting the final candidates, we will help our clients negotiate with them and draft financial employment contracts.
During this stage, we will make sure to maintain the time and budget frameworks defined at the start for each position, and will help the client create employment contracts that best serve both the candidates and the company, in order to maximize the potential of the connection between the company and the employee.
